This coloring activity book is for anyone that wants to learn how to be still and grounded.
As a psychotherapist and a yoga teacher I often find it difficult for people to stay present in their lives. Most people are always focused on the future and/or the past. Part of coloring, specifically coloring with positive affirmations, brings you closer to your goals in life and allows you to challenge negative or unhelpful thoughts.
